​I’m also a nurse. So, compassion follows me everywhere. I understand how short life is and that it cannot be taken for granted. Which is why your health, strength and mindset is more important than how you look, and we dig into this, whilst making you your sexiest self.

I don't do toxic fitness culture – I keep it real – no crazy diets to intense workouts where you can't breathe, we keep it simple, and it works. It takes time but together we will see results

A little more About Me
I’m Moll, a personal trainer and registered nurse, with a lifelong passion for fitness and health. My fitness journey began in my teens, struggling with self-confidence and eating issues, but the gym became my outlet for building both strength and a healthier mindset. After studying sports science and applied science at college, I continued exploring weight training, eventually becoming a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer by 2022.

In 2024, I launched my personal training business, combining my nursing expertise with fitness knowledge to offer a holistic approach to health. I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're starting from scratch or leveling up, with a focus on both physical performance and overall wellbeing.
